Permits have been filed for a 12-story mixed-use building at 246 West 18th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Located between 7th and 8th ave, the interior lot is a short walk from the 18th Street subway station, served by train 1. Joseph Nabavi of Innovative is listed as the owner of the apps.

The proposed 120-foot-tall development will produce 35,679 square feet, of which 27,674 square feet will be reserved for residential space and 8,005 square feet on the first and second floors for commercial space.
