Odell Beckham Jr. Lists Huge Ohio Home For Sale And Asks For $3.3 Million

Odell Beckham Jr. has taken the final step in wrapping up the messy saga of his time with the Cleveland Browns. Le Broad has listed his home in Columbia Station, Ohio for sale. Potential buyers will have to shell out $3.3 million to snap up Beckham’s former home.

According to the description of the house:

Prepare to be wowed by this one-of-a-kind sprawling ranch estate set on a cul-de-sac wooded lot. This masterpiece offers all the finest amenities and appointments. Just over 10,000,000 square feet, the main attractions are the open concept floor plan, the main retreat on the first floor, the state-of-the-art home cinema/golf simulator, the gourmet kitchen, the level lower fully finished with wet bar, entertainment area, custom walk-in restroom. No need to leave the house, the backyard oasis features an outdoor kitchen, pool with waterfalls and slide, custom dog houses, and custom gym. The homeowner spared no expense to build an Ophora pond and water system for optimal bathing and drinking water for the whole house. Truly a rare find and incredible opportunity to live in one of Northeast Ohio’s iconic properties.

Beckham’s old pad looks more like a resort than anything else, decked out in all the furnishings you’d expect from an athlete worthy of a grossed $40 million. It has everything one would need in their crib: shimmering marble floors, a swimming pool (with a waterslide!), even a spacious movie theater that doubles as a golf simulator.

If that wasn’t enough, the old Beckham digs also has a barber room with a fully functional barber chair.

One thing that stands out when looking at Beckham’s former home is the amount of space. The house is built as a compound; it is 13,800 square feet or 2.13 acres of land. In other words, that’s nearly two football fields to live on.

No part of the house exemplifies this commitment to space better than Beckham’s closet. Beckham, a Nike athlete, has a shoe collection worthy of a Finish Line or a Foot Locker. We’re talking rows and rows of kicks, from LeBrons and KDs to dunks.

Beckham’s former nursery has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms, according to the house’s Zillow publication. Again, this will cost buyers a pretty penny. But, if you’re in the Cleveland area and want a spacious new pad that feels like a palace, look no further than Beckham’s property at Columbia Station.
