JE Dunn Construction Promotes Charlie Slattery to Project Manager

JE Dunn Construction has announced the recent promotion of Charlie Slattery to Project Manager. A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Slattery spent his entire 16-year career at JE Dunn where he completed notable projects throughout Colorado in markets including higher education, life sciences, data centers and mixed use.

Slattery previously served as a Senior Project Manager, most recently at the University of Colorado Anschutz Health Sciences Building (AHSB) Medical Campus located in Aurora, Colorado. The 394,419 square foot, 7-story clinical, research and teaching building adds to the long list of complex constructions on Slattery’s resume. Throughout his career, Slattery has demonstrated consistent leadership and poise in challenging projects, which has allowed him to continue to be successful in his new role.

As a member of JE Dunn’s leadership team, Slattery will continue to have a significant impact on operational excellence at project sites. Slattery is passionate about developing the next generation of construction leaders and supports a number of training and development programs at JE Dunn, including the Project Engineers Peer Group.

A Colorado native, Slattery actively supports the community he builds in, most recently volunteering for the Denver Parks and Recreation Association during National Volunteer Week.

Taylor Kohrs hires Tony Perdue as senior project manager

Taylor Kohrs, a general contractor based in Colorado for nearly 40 years, announced that he recently hired Tony Perdue as a senior project manager. Perdue brings Taylor Kohrs more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, including managing design-build projects.

In his role as Senior Project Manager at Taylor Kohrs, Perdue manages projects – including the education, multi-family and commercial sectors – from concept design through GMP development, final close and warranty. He ensures superintendents, project managers, and engineers have a clear path to complete their work, and he leads preconstruction teams to resolve design and constructability issues and meet schedules.
